▪️ Developed Henkel's Metaverse strategy, resulting in the implementation of all necessary capabilities in the global organization - partnerships, intellectual property protection, crypto currency management, NFT issuance, virtual experience creation, and the training of over 400 employees.
▪️ Steered strategic development of the global Marketing function to maintain competitiveness in a digitalized environment covering communication strategy, product portfolio, data-driven opportunities, and organizational design & development.
▪️ Represented functional area in several working groups (Vice President & Director level) for the global restructuring project "Consumer Brands" merging Henkel’s strategic business units Laundry & Home Care and Beauty Care to harness significant synergies.

Senior Manager Digital Transformation

Managed a portfolio of consumer goods brands as category owner in DECH (P&L responsibility), with total gross sales of over 500 MEUR and marketing budget of more than 10 MEUR.  In addition, led the International Marketing for selected cleaner categories (>15 countries) as of 10/2019.

▪️ Led high-performing teams (5 FTEs) and elevated all managed brands.
▪️ Consistently achieved annual growth for all brands. Optimized WC FRISCH brand portfolio achieving +17% annual growth. Before, rebranded Weißer Riese leading to lasting turnaround (+3%) after several losing years.
▪️ Launched new sustainable brand Love Nature, resulting in >20 MEUR of sales and #2 market position with a strong 360° communication package tailored to the target audience.
▪️ Launched botclean liquid for robotic floor cleaners as Henkel’s first product in the consumer electronics retail channel becoming one of Henkel’s top products sold online in first year.
▪️ Advanced various digital capabilities in the global organization after executing local pilots such as Chatbots, E-Commerce playbook, Influencer Marketing, Instagram pages, and SEA.

Senior Brand Manager & Global Marketing Lead

Steered local brand teams in DECH with total gross sales of up to 300 M€. Responsible for local launch strategies, 360° activation (TV, Digital, Print, Outdoor, POS), brand & product development and brand KPI ownership.

▪️ Executed the most successful Henkel promotion to date (+10% sales vs 2nd) covering product design, promo mechanics, and 360° communication (TV, Social, Influencer, POS) for Persil.
▪️ Designed and implemented the relaunch of bathroom cleaner brand biff, resulting in value share growth of +1,7pp and absolute sales growth of +12% in a mature market.
▪️ Exited Sidol brand and successfully transferred consumers to other Henkel brands.

Managed internal audit and consulting projects globally (20+ countries on-site) in the areas of Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, and HR to implement best practices and corporate standards, resulting in ~4 MEUR annual cost savings and risk avoidance.
