Steve is a founder and operating executive (3x COO) with experience building, scaling, and exiting high-growth, category-defining companies across transportation, technology repair, and wellness.

He’s the CEO & co-founder of EVPowerInsights, a company providing intelligence, analysis, and services to help executives, policy-makers, and investors make better decisions across the EV charging landscape.

A former Naval Flight Officer and management consultant, Steve joined Lyft in 2015 as one of the company’s first General Managers. He led teams across three major roles, overseeing a $500M+ P&L in Lyft’s most regulated, competitive, and high-utilization markets, including New York and the Mid-Atlantic.

In 2020, as COO of Fixt, he guided the company through an acquisition and integration with Assurant (NYSE: AIZ), a $10B global insurance provider. In 2021, Steve co-founded HipTrain, a global marketplace providing live, 1-on-1 consumer health and wellness services, which sold to FORME (NASDAQ: TRNR) in 2023.

Steve coaches executives of publicly traded companies, heads of investment firms, and tech leaders at startups backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia, Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, Bessemer Venture Partners, Primary Venture Partners, Lowercase Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Y Combinator.

Steve is a Venture Partner at Social Impact Capital, an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University, and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Georgetown University.
