Wrapping up my 7th year at Crisp and more than ever, this has been a challenging one, yet full of learnings and failures, below is my very true recap of 2025 👇 ⬇️ 

At first, lets' talk about failures:
- Invested another round of money at PrestaShop for marketing actions, it didn't pay off even though I really wanted it to work.
- Designed an account creation flow that mades teammates invites mandatory, believing it would enhance activation and retention. Long story, short : it didn't 😅
- We failed at growing our partners network
- Invested in technological partnership to discover this same partner was building the same product we offer, leveraging the API a competitor was providing

And many more. 

But also even more success:
- Revamped the onboarding steps through a gamified set of action to be completed by triailing users
- Revamped the onboarding email sequences to focus on both inactive and active users
- Got the new Crisp website to new heights either in terms of trafic and conversions
- Successfully made out of Crisp one of the most recognized brand over AI generative engines
- Launched a dedicated webinar with one of the most popular french e-commerce agency (kudoz Axome - Brand & Tech Agency | Groupe EDG) and a common customer
- Tracked churn & monthly revenue even more precisely than ever before
- Revamped the upselling and downselling process within Crisp to reach new eights in terms of new business from existing customers while reducing churn (still WIP tbh)
- Gathered 130 people to talk about growth strategies over a day with Growth Nantes
- Launched MANY MANY MANY AB tests to discover that the lightest the better when it comes to conversion on a LP.
- Understood that page structure matters as much as content itself when willing to rank on very highly competitive requests

And many other amazing cool things ❗❗ ❗  

We're setting up 2026 with no break at Crisp. 

In the next few weeks, maybe one of the biggest update ever for us to be announced.

Personnaly, I did my first triathlon in 2h47 and was super proud of it, never did bikes for more than 20 km before, didn't even own one in April 2025, didn't swim more than 500m for 15 years ... I love it so much that I'm now part of TRIATHLON CLUB NANTAIS and eager to do more of them!

In 2021, I launched this on-demand advertising content subscription solution, targeting e-commerce businesses and advertisers. Here are my key achievements to date:

- Assisting over 20 companies in achieving growth, producing over 200 advertisements, resulting in a total revenue of €50,000 over a year and a half.
- Leading the development of a SaaS platform (NodeJs) in just six months, with a team of five apprentice developers, while overseeing the UX/UI design.
- Providing advice on acquisition strategy (highest ROI achieved: €600,000 in revenue for €100,000 in expenses).

I train new recruits in media trading for the world's leading brands. Several times a year, over a two-week period, I provide comprehensive training on major advertising platforms to future "media traders" to prepare them for roles with companies such as LVMH, UEFA, and Ferrero.

Allianz

In 2019, Yves Thalassinos, Director of Flows and Executive at Allianz France, entrusted me with the responsibility to participate in the redesign of the Document Management operational model for the Allianz Group.

As an ambassador of the French subsidiary, I had to represent the leadership and drive forward this critical project for the company in collaboration with McKinsey.

Here are my main responsibilities:

- Defining the fundamental principles and vision that would guide the transition of the operational model (customer-centric, simplicity, etc.).
- Diagnosing the processes of each subsidiary to establish a harmonized model and a set of best practices.
- Evaluating and selecting innovative technologies (assets) that would ensure the implementation of these best practices.
- Developing a set of quantifiable certification criteria and organizing the collaboration of stakeholders to achieve them.

Organizational Transformation Consultant (Allianz France Ambassador)

Allianz France

As part of the creation of the Outbound Flows Department, I was tasked with establishing an end-to-end IT design and development service to support Allianz France's innovation strategy.

This new service worked closely with various IT and Business teams within the company, as well as the Data teams, to develop intelligent and digitized documents (SMS, emails, etc.) for all clients and agents of Allianz France.

As the Service Manager, I was responsible for:

- Recruiting and supervising 10 experts in the fields of design, development, and testing.
- Managing and coordinating the service's operations in an Agile manner, including the implementation of a governance model.
- Participating in the development of standards and ensuring compliance with procedures for the service's activities.
- Collaborating with top management to co-create the 2016-2019 strategy, including KPIs, budgeting, and adherence to deadlines.
- Improving inter-team communication processes.

Bandrise

While studying at business school, I developed an entrepreneurial project in the influence marketing sector.

Bandrise is a company that creates innovative content, bringing together talented people and influential brands to increase their visibility on social networks. 

In the space of 6 months, I recruited 4 people (an art director, a data analyst, a photographer and a videographer), carried out market research on influencer marketing and convinced an internationally renowned brand to work with us. 

The Bandrise team developed a tool to measure the value of an Instagram influencer in Python language and set up a prototype to test the value of the solution with a view to creating a platform at a later date. 

Our first campaign took place in February 2019 and brought together 12 Instagram influencers (micro and macro) who signed up on our website www.bandrise.studio. In total, our content was viewed by more than 300,000 target people and enabled our influencers and our partner brand to significantly increase their number of followers and their rate of engagement (comments and likes). 

We are currently working on the interaction requirements of the future interface and improving the content creation process.

I was invited to participate in the creation of a youth-oriented program called "Le Monde est à Nous" (The World is Ours), a summer show that gives a voice to young people every Sunday. 

One of my notable contributions was hosting a live segment on the theme "Putting an End to Discrimination?" with Christiane Taubira, the ex-French Minister of Justice, as the main guest. I also conducted an interview in English with Isabel Wilkerson, a journalist from The New York Times and the first Afro-American woman to win the Pulitzer Prize in Journalism. Additionally, I produced a report on the topic "Famous, Yes, But Why?" alongside Oumar Diawara, who is now the host of the web show Moonwalk on France TV Slash. During this time, I also had the opportunity to interview Ohplai, the most well-known influencer on Snapchat at that time.

Furthermore, my role included contributing to discussions on various topics to be covered in the show.

As the CEO, I led a team to develop an innovative SaaS platform and provided guidance on effective acquisition strategies for startups and SMEs.

💼 My experience extends beyond entrepreneurship. I also shared my expertise as a trainer in acquisition strategy at Publicis Media, training the future stars of media trading for renowned global brands.

🌐 Previously, I played a key role as an organizational transformation consultant at Allianz Worldwide, where I contributed to rethinking operations and harmonizing processes for greater efficiency.

🤝 Beyond my professional journey, I am passionately engaged as an ambassador for Different Leaders, actively participating in projects and conferences aimed at promoting equal opportunities.

🏆 My achievements include distinctions such as winning the "Startup Night" competition and receiving accolades from the jury for my professional thesis. I am also proud to have led innovative projects, including those in the field of 5G and tennis for Roland Garros.
