J’ai enregistré un mini-podcast.
Et, sans surprise, on y parle beaucoup de Jarvi.

Parce que Jarvi fait partie de mon quotidien depuis longtemps.
Pas comme un “outil de plus”, mais comme quelque chose qui m’accompagne réellement dans mon travail de recruteur.

Dans cet échange, je raconte aussi pourquoi, à un moment, le recrutement indépendant tel que je le vivais n’était plus totalement aligné avec ce que j’avais envie de faire.
Pas assez de temps.
Et la sensation de ne pas toujours pouvoir donner le meilleur aux candidats.
