The top answer? Know your ICP. Find where they hang out.

Simple. Almost too simple. But here's where everyone screws up — they try to automate it immediately.

Don't.

Once you nail your ideal customer persona, list every channel where they exist. LinkedIn DMs. Reddit. Meta ads. Google. Whatever.

Then run rapid experiments. Time-boxed. Budget-constrained. In parallel.

Your goal isn't perfection. It's finding the ONE channel that outperforms the rest.

When you find it? Scale until it breaks.

Capturing the Northern Lights was on my bucket list for years.

It wasn’t supposed to happen anytime soon:

Last week, I got a call from Christoffel Travel.

“Can you shoot video for us in Lapland?”

The only problem: I had just booked my long-awaited vacation to Sri Lanka.

So my first thought was: This won’t work.

But then the plan started to come together in my head.

If I reschedule my ticket and take my girlfriend with me…

It would work!

A couple of days later, we were witnessing the mind-blowing Northern Lights.
