I saw a Reddit post yesterday that stopped me mid-scroll:

"If you had to start from zero again, what would you focus on first?"

The top answer? Know your ICP. Find where they hang out.

Simple. Almost too simple. But here's where everyone screws up — they try to automate it immediately.

Don't.

Once you nail your ideal customer persona, list every channel where they exist. LinkedIn DMs. Reddit. Meta ads. Google. Whatever.

Then run rapid experiments. Time-boxed. Budget-constrained. In parallel.

Your goal isn't perfection. It's finding the ONE channel that outperforms the rest.

When you find it? Scale until it breaks.

Last week I discovered something that made me question everything about social media's future.

There are many reasons why speakers don´t get the steady flow of bookings they dream of.
