I saw a Reddit post yesterday that stopped me mid-scroll:

The top answer? Know your ICP. Find where they hang out.

Simple. Almost too simple. But here's where everyone screws up — they try to automate it immediately.

Don't.

Once you nail your ideal customer persona, list every channel where they exist. LinkedIn DMs. Reddit. Meta ads. Google. Whatever.

Then run rapid experiments. Time-boxed. Budget-constrained. In parallel.

Your goal isn't perfection. It's finding the ONE channel that outperforms the rest.

When you find it? Scale until it breaks.
