I’m Jasmine, and my work focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations develop confidence, resilience, and the skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

My approach is shaped by my own experiences growing up. Facing a period of traumatic grief, I sought personal growth through teaching and living abroad, eventually working in 11 different countries. Over the years, my international career in education has shown me firsthand the pressures young people face, often amplified by social media and modern life.
