As the elected Sheriff of Norfolk County, MA, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the public safety and security of one of the most populous and diverse counties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am responsible for the administration and operation of the county jail and corrections facility, the civil process division, and the community reentry center. I lead and support various initiatives and programs that aim to reduce recidivism, enhance reentry, and promote rehabilitation among the incarcerated population.

I also leverage my expertise in judicial administration, public safety, and other experiences to speak at various events and conferences on topics related to criminal justice, social justice, law enforcement, and public policy. I am passionate about serving my community, advancing justice, and creating positive change.
