Graphi-T was the culmination of a coffee shop chat, a sprinkle of inspiration and a whole lot of drive! We wanted to create something special, not only giving our customers outstanding and unique designs but also raising awareness of the negative environmental impact of the fashion industry (water pollution, the use of toxic chemicals and increasing levels of textile waste). We took time to source the best products on the market and are proud to be making a positive change.

A key factor for Graphi-t was to provide a fashion outlet for local, budding artists and graphic illustrators to showcase their work, teaming up with a select few contributors at one time. Each individual receives royalties for the sale of their Limited Edition signature t-shirts. We don't discriminate on age or gender as we feel our designs can be worn by many shapes and sizes.

We offer fast shipping and the quality of our products speaks volumes about the care and attention that has gone in to creating our brand. Our store will be updated with new designs regularly and we will be releasing details of new Limited Edition signature T-shirts

✅ Partnered with ex Google engineers in the USA who have built a developer tools SaaS company. They were looking to scale their team across Product, Engineering and DevOps. Hired a Head of Product, Head of Sales, Senior Engineers, Developer Support Engineers, Technical Writer and helped them scale ready for their Series A raise in November 2022 increasing headcount by 42%

✅ Headhunted a Senior Systems Engineer to join a cloud specialist in New York, role completed within 7 days from briefing

✅ Headhunted and placed a Head of Developer Relations (DevRel) for a Series A Devtools startup in San Francisco

✅ Supported a brand-new startup with the hire of a CTO and now working to build a data science offering. 

✅ Maintained low ratios overall of 2:1 CV ratio - saving my clients a whole lot of time and effort. Also worked with clients to introduce a more diverse candidate pool through targeted headhunting
