The best AI model on this benchmark
is wrong nearly half the time.

The worst one hallucinates
on 93% of its mistakes
and never admits it.

Now ask yourself

which one is in your production stack.
That's not an accuracy problem.

Everyone rushes to Tier 1.

Tier 1 is automation.

You save 5 hours a week. You feel ahead.

But here's the trap.
Automating a broken process just means you fail at scale on a schedule.
Nobody talks about this part.

The professionals who actually move up operate in Tier 2.

Tier 2 is intelligence design.

RAG. Context management. AI-assisted planning.
This is where you stop asking AI to do your work and start shaping what it knows before it answers.

The difference between a useful AI output and a dangerous one is what you fed it before you hit enter.

That's a design skill. Not a prompting trick.
But the real gap. The one I keep seeing blow up in enterprise.

Tier 3. Accountability.

Quality evaluation. Responsible use. Output ownership.

This is the tier that separates the person who uses AI from the person who gets trusted with AI.

Can you catch a confident wrong answer before your VP sees it?
Do you know the difference between an output that sounds right and one that IS right?
When the workflow breaks at edge case number four, does someone own that?

Most people won't even get to this question.
That's not a skills problem.
That's an execution architecture problem wearing a skills gap costume.

Most people are using it wrong.
Here are the 8 setup steps that fix that.

Do this once and 
Claude starts working with your context instead of guessing.

Step 1 → Use the desktop app
Download Claude and open the Cowork tab.
Select:

Opus + Extended Thinking
Reasoning quality matters more than prompt tricks.
Wrong model → weak output.

Step 2 → Create one workspace folder
Create a folder called:
Claude-Work
Inside it add four folders:

→ ABOUT ME
→ PROJECTS
→ TEMPLATES
→ OUTPUTS
Structure is how Claude learns how you work.

Step 3 → Add your context files
Inside ABOUT ME, create three files:
about-me.md
What you actually work on day-to-day.
my-voice.md
Your tone, writing examples, phrases you like or avoid.
my-rules.md
How Claude should behave.

Example rules:
Ask questions first.
Show a plan before executing.
Never delete files without approval.
One good context file beats 50 random uploads.

Step 4 → Set global instructions
In settings add something like:
“Read my files before every task.
Ask questions before executing.
Show a plan before doing the work.”
Set it once.
Claude follows it every session.

Step 5 → Stop writing long prompts
Instead say:
“I want to do X.
Read my files first.
Ask me questions before executing.”
Now Claude thinks before acting.

Step 6 → Install plugins
Start simple:
→ Marketing
→ Data
→ Legal
This moves Claude from assistant → operator.

Step 7 → Connect your tools
Connect things like:
→ Google Drive
→ Notion
→ Slack
→ Figma

Now Claude can work directly with your files.
No more copy-paste.

Step 8 → Keep your context updated
Your AI is only as good as the context it has.
Better context → better output.

Most people try to get better results by writing better prompts.
The real unlock is better setup.

Spend 30 minutes doing this once.
And Claude stops feeling like a chatbot.
It starts acting like a coworker.
