As an intern Google Ads Specialist at Flowboost for the past 5 months, I have been working intensively to strengthen the company's marketing strategies and streamline workflows.

My work mainly consists of:

- Normalizing and optimizing various workflows.
- Writing scripts in the Google Ads library, such as the well-known Labelizer script.
- Writing relevant content for LinkedIn and Flowboost's website.
- Organizing and conducting workshops, courses and webinars to share knowledge and best practices about Google Ads.
- Drafting an in-depth professional paper on a specific topic related to Google Ads, where I researched Flowboost's target audience, products and competitors.

In addition to the above tasks, I also have the responsibility of customer contact, which helped to strengthen customer relationships and understand their specific needs around Google Ads.

As a SEA specialist at Flowboost, I am fully committed to creating and managing effective and results-oriented Google Ads campaigns for our clients. Within this dynamic team of professionals, I contribute to achieving measurable successes for our clients.

My responsibilities include:

- Accurately setting up campaigns, taking into account each client's unique needs and goals.
- Continually monitoring and adjusting campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Creatively drafting ad copy aimed at attracting the right audience.
- Extensively analyzing data to identify trends, constantly making optimization suggestions.
- In consultation with clients and the internal team, formulate clear objectives and target group definitions.

Hey, I'm Thomas van Miert 🤙

Originally from the Netherlands, I now live in Valencia, Spain.

My journey began as a professional 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 until I was 17, where I developed invaluable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and performance.

After leaving sports, I transitioned into the entrepreneurial world by launching a Snapchat agency during my college years. It was an exciting adventure that taught me important lessons about accountability and growth.

Following my Snapchat venture, I took on the role of a 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 for 3 years. Which gave me further insights into the industry. 

Eventually, I moved into freelancing, where I met Floris de Schrijver through a LinkedIn job posting. This connection led to the creation of 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁. 

As Flowboost grew, Arjan Schoorl joined us, and now we have a talented team of 15 - a mix of employees and freelancers. 

Along the way, we also partnered with Backlink.nl, where I focus on strategic SEO partnerships.

When I moved to Valencia in May 2024, I joined The Home of Growth, an ecosystem for start-ups and talent. One of the companies in the ecosystem was Labelnone, where I became the team lead. We now co-own Labelnone, helping agencies increase Revenue by 10K-20K per month with additional services.
