What's the one thing you wish AI would be more honest about?

How I use AI to be my content coach in 2026

4 months since we launched the agency, and we got 100+ calls booked, 14 clients closed, and 10x revenue – all from one Claude skill I built for ICP lead qualification.

But let me tell you where we was before this...

We burnt through 3,000 leads when starting the agency.
Reply rate? 2%.
Booked calls? Maybe 5.

The problem wasn't our outreach. It was our list.

Half were B2C companies.
A quarter were non-English profiles.
The rest? People who hadn't touched LinkedIn in months.

We were paying Clay credits to enrich garbage.
Spending hours crafting personalized messages to people who would never buy.

We were building lists backwards.

Sales Nav search: "CEO" + "Company size 1-10,000" + "Worldwide"
Result? 5 million profiles.

Then we'd try to narrow it down manually.
Scroll. Click. Read. Disqualify.
5-10 minutes per lead. 70% rejection rate.

The more leads we burnt, the harder it became.

We started doubting our offer.
"Maybe our service isn't valuable?"

Wrong. The restaurant owner I pitched doesn't need LinkedIn strategy. 😂 

No amount of "better messaging" would fix that.

So I created a Claude ICP segmentation skill that does the following:

Feed it your business context, past clients (good and bad fits), pricing.

Claude builds detailed personas with:
→ Demographics + emotional drivers
→ Intent signals + where to find them
→ Qualifying questions for each

➤ Step 2: Three-stage qualification

Stage 1: Algorithmic rules (instant)
- Company size, geography, industry exclusions

Stage 2: Quick screening (2 sec/lead)
- Role match, B2B check, decision authority

Stage 3: Deep qualification (5 sec/lead)
- Full context analysis + multi-profile potential scoring

➤ Step 3: csv processing

I upload my lead list directly into Claude.
76 leads in → 45 seconds → Output:
- 20 qualified (26% pass rate)
- 6 HIGH PRIORITY multi-profile opportunities
- 56 disqualified with reasons

➤ Step 4: outreach angles

For high-priority leads, Claude researches recent activity, funding, LinkedIn gaps.
Then writes personalized outreach angles.
No generic "I saw your post" templates.

The result?

10-20% reply rates (up from 2%).
Only talking to problem-aware prospects.

That last one stings. 
Revenue week = zero. 
But clarity week = high. 

Sometimes you need a bad week to see what's broken.

What's one thing you're working to improve right now?

3d accountability post in 2026: time to be honest about what happened this week:

3 wins:

- new client (2nd this year + we booked 5 more calls with potential prospects for next week)
- hit thw gym 4 times/week (finally)
- realized a new offer angle that can help me to scale my business faster

pretty good results since last week when we had only 3 meetings and 0 new clients)

3 improvements:

- Claude code/skills/project/2nd brain updated (definitely will be the 1st option for 2026)
- One more community module recorded (Feb will definitely be a launch day).
- Value-based outreach will be my angle around every action I take in 2026 (all of us need more clients for stable and enjoyable business).

claude is crazy good
now I use chatgpt only if my ego is down so I go and ask him why I am the best in the world, and he always lies to me in the best possible way 🤣

3 challenges:

- FOMO of AI is killing me (too exciting, and it is a huge distraction).
- more lead magnet posts or just keep it as usual (trying to overcome low reach so I can get more subs, which matters to me the most)
- still struggling with the client; we close in Dec (didn't find a way of improvement, but I am close)

when I see how much we can achieve, I realize I need more focus on what matters the most (more client wins + new clients for our business)

3 goals for the next week:

- Finish the community outline (so I can focus more on how to market - everything is ready to invite people in the proper way).
- finish claude skills for all LinkedIn tasks
- write 3-5 story in my physical diary so I can use it as input in my repurposing system)
