Qatar Calibration was established in Qatar in 1998 to provide process equipment calibration and repair of various instruments mainly used in the Oil and Gas sector. I had been exposed to instrumentation engineering and was involved in the calibration of analog and digital multimeters, process calibrators, pressure gauges using a dead weight tester, infrared and digital thermometers using an oil bath or dry block, Vernier calipers, micrometers, hygrometers.

Graduate Engineering Trainee

Macmet Al-Khaleej Constructions

Macmet was awarded the MEP works of The New Coca Cola Factory, Almana Refreshments and I was introduced in the final stages of the MEP works of the company, with 80% completed. I was involved in reading HVAC design plans and supervising with the head of MEP on site to inspect the progress, supervising manpower and surveying the site for the AS BUILT drawings. I was also involved some minor tender works where I helped estimate the cost of materials and help prepare a Bill of Quantities. Lastly here is a summary of my time at Macmet Electromechanical,
