I’ve been in SaaS for 8 years now. What we started with a few passionate developers is now a 30+ product team.

We just closed our first web app deal through ChatGPT 🤝

The client is a Dubai-based doctor working on medical research, education, and related initiatives. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help digitize part of that journey.

Interestingly, we haven’t done any LLM optimization or SEO experiments yet. The client found us from a shortlist of companies, resonated with our work, and reached out.

Moments like this remind me that discovery, trust, and clarity matter just as much as tactics.

It’s also a good reminder that we should probably take content and LLM-facing writing more seriously.

SaaS pricing questions founders keep asking us 👇
LTD, MRR, ARR.
Discounts.
Country-wise pricing.

Pricing is where most early SaaS teams get stuck.
We’ve seen founders run LTD too early, then struggle with support and expectations.

We’ve also seen teams avoid LTD completely… and run out of cash before learning anything.

LTD can help early on, mostly for validation and feedback.
But only if you’re very clear about limits. Otherwise, it quietly becomes a long-term burden.

MRR is what teaches the business.
ARR is what looks good on slides.
Early on, I’d care more about one than the other.

Discounts are fine.
But if every sale needs a discount, something else is off, usually positioning, not pricing.

Country-wise pricing?
Not about being cheap. About being realistic.

Once real MRR starts coming in, LTD becomes much harder to justify, especially if infra or AI costs are involved.

Pricing isn’t math.
It’s a series of uncomfortable decisions.

Overthinking rarely helps in startups.

Seen this one many times.

Vibe Code and Copilot each serve their own purpose. A good read with clear pros and cons.

People keep mixing up vibe-coding and Coding-assistant(Copilot, Tabnine).

They are not the same thing.
They solve very different problems.

Vibe-coding is great when the goal is speed, not depth.

I see it working well for:

🔸 Prototypes for investor or stakeholder demos
🔸 Project initial bootstrapping
🔸 Very early MVPs with minimal risk
🔸 Hobby or side projects
🔸 Frontend-heavy or static sites
🔸 Docs, user manuals, internal tools
🔸 Non-tech, marketing, or C-level audiences

It’s useful for bootstrapping an idea fast, even without technical knowledge.

But vibe-coding has real limits.

The moment the project grows:

🔸 Nobody truly knows how the app works
🔸 Refactoring becomes painful
🔸 Adding features breaks old ones
🔸 Debugging is hard
🔸 Context slowly gets lost by AI
🔸 The project becomes messy fast

Coding-assistant is a different story.

It’s not replacing developers.
It’s assisting them.

Coding-asistant helps with:

🔸 Code autocomplete & suggestion 
🔸 Understanding existing codebases
🔸 Partial feature development
🔸 Repetitive or boring tasks

The developer stays in control.

That’s why the upside is strong:

🔸 Faster delivery
🔸 Easier debugging
🔸 Cleaner refactoring
🔸 Better overall efficiency
🔸 No compromise on code quality
🔸 Lower development cost
🔸 Developers understand how code works

There are downsides, though.

If you’re not careful:

🔸 Devs think less
🔸 Dependency increases
🔸 Big-picture thinking slowly drops

So here’s my simple take.

Coding-assistant(Copilot, Tabnine) is best when you care about quality, scale, and cost control.

Vibe-coding is best for early validation, internal tools, and the right audience with the right scope.

Quick question for folks who’ve worked seriously on topic clustering & content strategy. 

We’re starting to invest more time into building proper topic clusters (not just random blog posts), especially around SaaS, AI, and developer-focused content.

I’m looking for good resources, blogs, frameworks, videos, tools, or even people to follow, that actually explain topic clustering practically, not just in theory.

If you’ve come across something that genuinely helped you, I’d really appreciate a recommendation.
