During my tenure I established ESADE's alumni program as the benchmark international alumni engagement program in Europea, published in the Financial Times, and served on CASE Europe Committee. Oversaw over 120 international annual events that resulted in increased alumni affinity, raised membership rates, and expanded volunteer participation in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and USA. And, managed a four-member team of international alumni managers responsible for 10K alumni across 32 global chapters and 1K students, 100 senior business executives serving as chapter board leaders.
