I analyzed Vitamines.com's ads (Manon van Essen 🚀) 
👉 Here’s what I would do different.

At this moment they have 220 inactive ads. They use High-production content, Founder ads, static and UGC. All well-made.

But it seems like they are not performing.

The pattern? They look credible, but they don't feel real.

If I took this over, here's what I'd test:

1. Match the creator to the customer 
Stop casting 20 y/o's. Their buyers are women in their 40s and 50s, the ones who've tried everything.

2. Use voices that actually build trust 
Female personal trainers. In the gym. Explaining what works and why.

3. Show proof, not polish 
Raw testimonials. Street interviews. Relatable struggles like late-night cravings and diet guilt.

In supplements, trust beats production quality every time.

From €178K to €286K per month in 4 months.

Here's what changed 👇🏻

This lingerie brand came to us stuck. 
Their ads were working in Q4, but growth outside peak season had flatlined.

The issue? Creative fatigue disguised as a ceiling.

They were running the same type of ads on repeat. 
Strong performance initially, but the account stopped scaling.

Here's what we tested:
New UGC style:
- Confident creators who owned it from second one
- Editing with a sexy edge: music choice, pacing, vibe
- Not polished and safe. Bold and magnetic.

Winning static concept:
- Same product, multiple visual angles
- Model in different settings
- Urgency baked into the format

Most of the new UGC flopped early. But we kept iterating.

Eventually, we found formats that worked and the account saw growth again.

Now we run 70/30: 
→ 70% iterating on winners 
→ 30% testing fresh angles

The result?

ROAS held steady. 
But spend increased. 
Revenue jumped from €178K to €286K per month.

- Educate the problem
- Build belief in the solution
- Tackle possible objections

2. Target solution-aware buyers

For people already comparing options, we switched to statics:
- Showing features competitors don’t have
- Leverage existing social proof
- Short headlines (<8 words)

The winning angle: Why {product} is the best option on the market.

The result: 
€41K+ revenue in 27 days.

Now they can’t scale harder, because they don’t have enough stock.

That's it. No fancy copywriting. Just real words from real people.

And it works because it doesn't feel like an ad.

I use AI the opposite way everyone else does.

If everyone runs the same prompts, they get the same output.

So I flip the script and find untapped angles.
