As a Monitoring and Learning Officer 2, I lead a team of three Monitoring and Learning Officers to conduct quality checks on the ongoing program implementation.
My major role is to lead the team to
- Evaluate the level of stakeholder satisfaction.
-Review program implementation against the organizational framework
-Assess the level of protocol adherence among our field staff in our operational facilities.
- Provide oversight function for the Stakeholder Relation Unit to expedite the program's progress.

I’m saddled with the responsibility of developing a monitoring and evaluation plan as well as tracking the progress and performance of intervention programs.
Lead team in appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system is in place and is functioning satisfactorily. Periodically review and revise the system so that it is adapted appropriately to changing operating contexts.
Partner with Program officer to ensure relevant and timely M&E information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders, including beneficiary communities, CARE senior management and donors.
Provide training and mentoring for CO staff. Act as a focal point to organize and manage monitoring reviews, evaluations and/or After Action Reviews (AARs). 
Provide temporary support to the CO to establish baselines and set up M&E systems suited to the operating context.

Without much ado, I am an Economist, a teacher par excellence, a prolific researcher, a great storyteller, and a passionate humanitarian actor who believes in a sustainable and peaceful world.


I understand that one must possess value to be able to give value so I made constant learning and upskilling my hipper cousin. I am a certified project manager with a proficiency certificate in management from the reputable Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). 


To enable me to engender my community and offer the best values in assisting the vulnerable, displaced persons, sexual and gender-based violence victims, natural disaster and complex emergency victims, and victims of deadly diseases, I underwent rigorous training in international development, fellowship in humanitarian leadership and course completion in Economic Evaluation Basis at Dataville Research Institute and USAID Global E-learning enter respectively. I'm currently undergoing a fellowship in Sexual and Gender-based Violence. 


I'm a prolific researcher who has co-authored three publications in reputable international journals. My love for empirical research catapults my skills in data analysis using statistical packages such as SPSS, Eviews, and Stata.


I have a growth mindset and am always willing to learn, unlearn and relearn. I do not fall for mediocrity and complacency but embrace excellence and professionalism. You would find me warm, flexible, and adaptive with a great sense of humor. I'm a result-oriented person who prioritizes outcomes over all else.


My philosophy is that everyone deserves to be treated as humans regardless of their status, race, social, religious, or political dispensation so I treat everyone with love and respect.


My footprint on this platform earned me an international award designated as the Ambassador of Culture and Human Rights by the prestigious BOOKS FOR PEACE and recognition by the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR), which I do not take for granted.
