- Stayed on site at KHS ASSP Line and Krones CSD Line to figure out the overall manufacturing process and identified the pain points (8 wastes of Lean)

- Assisted in implementation of 5S in the spare parts inventory of the manufacturing unit.

- Assisted in prototyping a digital system to manage the overall state of the plant with a holistic approach.

• Assisted in Machine Design and feature finalisation from scratch.

I’m Gourish, an Industrial and Production Engineering student at NIT Jalandhar. While I’m still figuring things out (like everyone else), I’ve got a solid grip on data, product development, and project management. 

Right now, I’m building an ERP platform for cold storage inventory management - because even frozen potatoes deserve some organization.

When I’m not working with data or managing projects, I’m probably overthinking the next step, like all of us.

Still learning? Of course. 
Perfect? Far from it.
