✓  remodeled the company focus from small 1 person per project telemarketing projects, 15 staff in total and high attrition, to a longer-term client, inbound Customer Service approach, increasing the staff to 120 at its peak;

✓ setting up the operation, including but not limited to hiring up to 80 people between core staff, part timers and middle management, crafting company guidelines and regulations, process continuous improvement, defining KPIs.
