Expanded remit with Product Management leadership.  Led adoption and migration plan for two acquisitions. Founding PreSales Player-Coach.  Launched first Solutions Consulting playbook and redefined buyer facing assets such as product demonstrations, presentations, RFI and RFP catalogue. Expanded sales engineering teams in USA, UK, France, and Benelux.

Bill Patrowicz organizes capital and public-private partners to build science and technology ventures and to develop its infrastructure.

A former technologist, he has designed national security technology programs, forged international alliances, and advised presidential-level initiatives.

Bill founded Kaiser Research to create new opportunities for governments, industry, and academia to work together on ambitious science and technology efforts. His work focuses on public-private ventures — especially in advanced computing and the domains of space and the Arctic — where lasting progress depends on clear purpose, shared investment, and institutional trust.

He serves as an Executive Counselor to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Arctic Center of Excellence. Over his career, he has led national security programs, built international partnerships, and brought together world-class professionals from across government, industry, and academia.

A U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Bill has also helped hundreds of disabled veterans transition to new careers. He represented the United States in two sports and has completed 30-mile open-water ultra-marathons.
