Founding PreSales Player-Coach.  Launched first Solutions Consulting playbook and redefined buyer facing assets such as product demonstrations, presentations, RFI and RFP catalogue. Expanded sales engineering teams in USA, UK, France, and Benelux.

YSIF is a science fair for children in grades 4-6 in San Diego County
•	Created theme, guidelines, and rules of science fair and directed operations for two years 
•	Formed partnership between YSIF and non-profit sponsor, California Center For Sustainable Energy, to be able to collect tax-deductible donations and share our sponsor’s various resources
•	Marketed YSIF by speaking to students in classrooms, assembling news coverage from local San Diego television stations, and distributing fliers to elementary schools, public libraries, and other areas densely populated with YSIF’s target market
•	Raised funds necessary to operate science fair through donations from parents and corporate sponsors such as Elite Educational Institute
