Why 2026 Will Probably Be 
My Best Year Yet

2026 will be a year of transformation for me — 
both professionally and personally.

At work, everything is about to change. 

Our IT infrastructure upgrade will replace nearly every system I've worked with for the past 20 years. All my established routines? Gone. And you know what? 
I couldn’t be more excited about it. 

On top of that, my team and I will be moving into new offices as part of a building modernization. 

By this time next year, the way I work will look completely different than it does today. And I genuinely look forward to that.


On the personal front, big milestones are coming, too:

My divorce will finally be finalized.

My oldest son will come of age and start his career training.

The organizations I volunteer with have ambitious goals for 2026, and I’ll be there to help bring them to life.

I thrive on embracing and supporting change, whether it’s in my professional life or in my personal endeavors.

Let’s not forget the bigger picture, though. 
The world is shifting — geopolitics is reshaping everything, and AI will sooner or later impact more than most people realize (not always for the better). It’s fascinating and a bit daunting at the same time.

In all this uncertainty and transformation, my goal remains the same: 
to stay centered, maintain a clear head, and bring a positive outlook to every challenge.

2026, bring it on. I am ready.
