2025 was the year I turned a core teaching philosophy into a dedicated platform 🚀

Here's what happened:

✅ Launched Venturethon.io — a global venture-creation and validation platform built on one principle: validate before you build.

✅ Kicked off the first Business Model Validation Competition with 200+ international students from Spain, Finland, Morocco, South Africa, Indonesia, Lithuania, and beyond. Five weeks. Real validation. Investor-ready pitches.

✅ Spoke at LOGIN2025 to 1,000+ people about failure management — not the most comfortable topic, but easily one of the most important. Delivered a similar keynote at the Entrepreneurship Research Lab in Heilbronn, Germany.

✅ Organized multiple hackathons — Students Hack Vilnius 5.0 & 6.0, Hack4Business 2025 — connecting students with real corporate challenges.

✅ Led masterclasses on Lean Experimentation, Customer Discovery, MVP with AI, and Pitching & Fundraising through Venturethon.

Three lessons I keep coming back to:

1. Failure management is a teachable skill — probably the most essential one for entrepreneurs.

2. Discipline beats motivation. As James Clear says, "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."

3. There are no shortcuts. Just consistent, step-by-step effort. Fast success is a scam.
