I started at TRowe right out of college in an entry level position answering the phones with retail shareholders.  I picked up on the no- load mutual fund business pretty quickly and advanced to Third Party Distribution,.  This is where I could deal with brokers who would sell the TRowe Funds like Morgan Stanley, GE Capital, Smith Barney, etc.  Third Party Distribution was one of the fastest growing divisions of TRowe Price and still is to this date.
