I build the revenue and financing systems for B2B companies entering new markets. My focus is turning complex financial products, pricing models, and capital structures into repeatable revenue, scalable distribution, and durable ecosystem value.

At Aurora Solar, I led global partnerships and later served as GM for the financing ecosystem. I built multiple partner-led revenue engines from zero to one across the United States and Europe, owning partner mix revenue, market expansion, and cross-functional growth. I shaped pricing and monetization strategy, scaled new fintech-enabled business lines, and jumpstarted our end-to-end inorganic growth strategy (M&A), from acquisition thesis through integration.

My core strengths sit at the intersection of strategy and execution:

• GTM Strategy: Go-to-market design for capital-intensive products.
