What do you do when something unexpected happens?

We recently built an AI Agent for a Law Firm because the receptionist and the backup receptionist both had medical issue that was going to keep them out of work for weeks.  In a panic, the Firm contacted RingCentral for an AI Receptionist…to the tune of $750 a month 👀
