A career pivot into SaaS sales during the pandemic followed over a decade in hospitality, where creating great experiences and solving problems in real time were part of the job description, not bonus points.

At Docebo, the journey started as a BDR, leveled up into an ISR, and now continues as a Mid-Market Account Executive. Today, partnerships are built with organizations during their Docebo evaluation, focusing on solutioning to real learning needs and helping teams clearly see the value and impact learning can have on their business. Less feature tour, more “this actually solves our problem.”

The work centers on understanding current learning strategies, aligning solutions to learner needs, and connecting learning initiatives to measurable outcomes. If learning transformation had a utility belt, this is where it stays stocked.

Core values include curiosity, coachability, long-term customer success, and having fun while doing meaningful work. Dad jokes included at no extra cost.

Outside of Docebo, time is split between bartending at Jacobs & Co Steakhouse, attending concerts, and treating a great TV series like a long-term commitment.

What started as a coffee shop conversation that pulled me into SaaS turned into a career built around one thing: creating high-quality conversations that convert into real outcomes.

Today, I work as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, owning the full outbound motion across B2C channels for Annuity Association. My focus is simple but disciplined, connecting retirees and pre-retirees with fiduciary advisors who help them make confident, informed decisions about lifetime income, asset protection, and long-term financial security.

At Annuity Association, we help clients avoid common retirement pitfalls by building plans that include:
• Predictable income guaranteed for life
• Safe growth with no market risk
• Long-term care solutions
• Thoughtful legacy planning

My role sits at the front of that experience driving relevant, trust-based conversations through phone, email, and multi-touch outreach that respects the consumer while delivering a consistent pipeline for advisors.

Before moving fully into this role, I led and scaled SDR teams and founded TopMountaineer, a full-cycle outbound firm built from the ground up. That experience sharpened every part of my outbound skill set, including ICP development, messaging, call frameworks, sequencing, objection handling, and conversion optimization across both B2B and B2C environments.
