Additional duties involve liaising with campus offices, processing faculty and staff paperwork, maintaining filing systems, scheduling space, coordinating promotion and tenure processes, and managing sabbatical applications.  Arranged travel and lodging for the Dean, organizing special events, and acting as a liaison with Plant and Service Operations for building maintenance. Manages several College electronic calendars, serves as listserv administrator, and responds to general email inquiries.
