I lead the CP Digital business that supports clients across their Salesforce, NetSuite, Analytics & Cybersecurity needs. Responsibilities include all M&A & growth, in line with our vision alongside Lee Equity Partners. 

I also lead market activity for CP in the Venture Capital ecosystem. 

Our specialist team works with Founders, CFOs and Boards of early stage, scale-up and high growth businesses, navigating challenges spanning accounting, finance, tax, audit, technology, and deal support. 

We are highly active in the scale-up ecosystem and have worked as the accounting partner for leading organisations and communities whilst also building our own community platforms, TechCFO and VentureCEO.

Having started my career at PwC, I went to on to establish and build a successful early stage focussed firm, Acclivity Advisors (which was acquired by Cooper Parry in Jan’23).

Along the way, I wrote the best selling book 'The Finance Playbook for Entrepreneurs', so that entrepreneurs of ALL backgrounds could benefit from the very best teachings.  

My unique experiences and skills have afforded me a number of Board positions across industries within public & private sectors. 

At present, these include:

In January 2020, I was an expert tech consultant who had worked with big brands across the world. Yet it was rare for a project to make my eyes light up.

My life changed when I started writing online as part of a New Year's resolution.

I became the second fastest writer to gain 50,000 followers on Medium.com behind only Barack (freaking) Obama! I became the co-editor of the Entrepreneur's Handbook publication with over a million views per month. It became too much to handle as a side hustle so I took it full-time in June 2021.

I wrote hundreds of pieces for startups and founders around the world and coached founders to become 10/10 writers rather than merely 7/10. 

I interviewed over 100 people across the Mindful & Driven and Entrepreneur's Handbook podcasts. This includes Ev Williams (Co-Founder of Twitter) and Marc Randolph (Co-Founder of Netflix!).

Then my dad passed away in August 2022.

Everything I had been doing felt hollow. Yet he had helped so many small businesses to not only survive but grow through his work. I want to make the kind of impact he made on people throughout my life.

27% of UK children grow up in food insecure households. ‼️ My bubble is totally distorted 🥴.

If you follow me, you probably see tons of people (including me!) complain about problems at the top of Maslow's hierarchy.

We always want more and sometimes don't realise how much we have.

You might forget that so many people, even in a rich country like the UK, are struggling with issues right at the base.

If you move in certain circles, you might trick yourself into thinking they don't even exist.

icanyoucantoo do a fantastic job over Christmas of delivering care packages to those less fortunate.

It makes a massive impact for those who can’t always keep the lights on.

Let’s not do that bull and pretend I’m some saint. I helped out for 2 days out of 365.

Nilesh B. Dosa MBE is a role model for me because while he started it up, he’s empowered many people to become leaders themselves.

Their core team (Prabhjot Kaur, Kiran Kaur, Aryman Patel, Sheena Sethi, Mohammed Rabir Hussain) do way more, and they’re the heroes.

They also run an Easter meals programme and a cohort to help disadvantaged students break into the professional world.

I've been personally working out the balance of giving back vs growing myself. We plan to massively increase Bae HQ's work for less privileged students and secure our own family's long-term financial stability in the next few years.
