HomeBound Baltimore Inc

•	Founded the nonprofit HomeBound, to spearhead various DEI initiatives, with a focus on bridging gaps in equity in underserved and marginalized communities, as well as reducing the rising homeless population in Baltimore, Maryland; designed and developed HomeBound’s mission of providing basic needs support, life skills education, housing development, and stable housing support to reduce the shame around homelessness and increase personal agency.
•	Collaborates across functions and externally with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., community members, sponsors, vendors, project team members, business partners) across multiple lines of business to assist in accomplishing various projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and culturally appropriate communication methods; maintains and fosters relationships with key vendors, resulting in the ability to influence and direct the delivery of project outcomes.
•	Recruits, trains, and supervises a team of five volunteers ensuring adequate staffing for all business projects and initiatives.
•	Spearheads project planning for quarterly community giveaway events (e.g., clothing drives, food giveaways, toy drives).
•	Collaborates with partnering organizations to identify fundraising opportunities that would raise capital for both nonprofit organizations.
•	Ensures that each fundraising event is executed according to its defined timeline and within budget.
•	Successfully hosted two fundraising events, which resulted in $40K+ raised by year four.
•	Conducts gap analyses on all fundraising events; evaluates business processes; leads efforts to develop and implement solution definitions (e.g., workflow/process flow, technology, data flow diagrams) to ensure that objectives were accomplished, and funds were allocated, accordingly; hosts debriefing meetings with volunteers to discuss successes, issues, and to obtain their feedback.

•Implemented creative solutions to enhance workflows and bolster productivity by 50%.
•Ensured accurate billing for three clients that resulted in a 30% increase in income. 
•Handles back end systems of an online store which include control of inventory, customer service and community administration.

CEO/Virtual Support Specialist

University of Maryland Medical Center

•	Provided social work services and therapeutic interventions to 300 patients to maintain continuity of care in the community; managed a variety of social work services cases via expert utilization of software (e.g., Epic).
•	Managed various projects throughout the entire project management lifecycle, requiring expertise in various project management methodologies; developed project plans and timelines; allocated project resources; identified and mitigated risks; collected and evaluated project metrics; provided project status update reports to senior leadership.
•	Recognized as an electronic health record (EHR) Super User; facilitated Epic training for newly hired personnel, resulting in their comprehensive understanding of how to best utilize the technology, and all associated workflows.
•	Collaborated and managed relationships with an interdisciplinary team at an outpatient clinic that served the needs of approximately 1500 clients monthly, majority of which belong to underserved communities; conducted extensive research on equity gaps, resulting in the ability to formulate and implement various strategies to bridge those gaps, and improve overall health and wellness outcomes for clients.
•	Created ~50 monthly treatment plans for patient’s medical, housing, and social needs.
•	Researched, analyzed, and ran comparative data to assess client needs and formulate reports.
•	Established, built, and maintained relationships with multiple medical and business leaders to create HIV programs for Baltimore City residents.

Baltimore County

•	Administrative leader of a four-member team; provided housing placement services for housing subsidy recipients.
•	Collected and evaluated qualitative and quantitative data; utilized data to inform strategic plans and initiatives.
•	Served as point of contact for and maintained the robust county email system for project-based voucher program.
•	Planned/hosted monthly community events (e.g., diverse educational classes, annual job fair, crisis prevention, management conferences).
•	Transformed office operations by organizing records, eliminating redundancy, and redirecting workflows, thereby increasing office productivity by 83%; developed and implemented a logical office workflow that improved the customer experience and maximized process efficiency.
•	Designed a comprehensive procedural manual and electronic resource for sustained office continuity and succession planning.
•	Streamlined the monthly housing recertification process for client eligibility continuation resulting in quicker response time and improved customer experience.
