Expertly employed a variety of communication tools, including face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and web browser-based conferences. Represented the transfer team of the Montana University System and the Commissioner of Higher Education at state-wide and national meetings. Managed the common course number system database in both MS Access and MS Excel and edited and designed Transfer Initiative newsletters.
