Hi, I'm Jay Abbasi, and I believe that how we work should enhance our lives, not drain them. Leading training initiatives at Tesla, I experienced the demands of a high-performance culture firsthand, seeing the toll it takes on even the most resilient professionals.

When my father passed away unexpectedly, it drove home a life-changing truth: success shouldn’t come at the expense of well-being. This is the message I bring to leaders as a keynote speaker and coach, helping them achieve high performance and serve others effectively without the cost of burnout.
