My role in facilitating business communication with the C-suite is instrumental in delivering customer-focused services, retaining clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Furthermore, I maintain regular engagement with customers on a weekly basis, both on-site and remote. This consistent interaction allows me to nurture customer relationships and collect invaluable feedback.
