Design and implement risk review automation rules, determined by fraud and customer data analysis. Directly supervise team of 6+ chargeback analysts, and up to 17 fraud analysts, reviewing real time reservation information for risk assessment. Specializing in Chargeback Mitigation, Fraud Prevention, fraud data analysis for revising and building new automated order risk assessment rules, and Risk Management related to e-commerce, and travel/hospitality/service-based industries. 

Notable Accomplishment: 
-Boosted sustained average monthly chargeback win rate over 55% October, 2015 to March 2016 through root cause analysis project, and ongoing implementation of chargeback dispute process revisions.
-Reduced chargebacks received due to confirmed fraud instances by 40% of total, Q3 2016.
