•	Formulated a land acquisition road map 
•	Coordinated stakeholders involved in the acquisition process through engagement, information sharing, planning and execution of approved action plans.
•	Formulated and regularly updated a Gantt chart and project calendar for key activities for approval by the executive committee- led by the Cabinet Secretary- Ministry of Lands & Physical Planning 
•	Assisted the executive committee in ensuring that due diligence was observed during the acquisition process as per the requirements of the constitution. 
•	Established and advised the Executive and the Technical Committees on the resource requirements for key project activities in the acquisition process.
