My role was to run the business of Webgains in France, to put processes in place and to manage the team.

My role was to run Webgains in France, to ensure it becomes a significant and recognised affiliate marketing network on the market.
As the Head of Account and Affiliate Management, my main focus was on satisfying our clients and affiliates, obviously to ensure in the end a significant growth of our turnover and margin.
I recruited, trained and managed the rest of the team. 
I was in charge of the reporting to the management, was the interface with the other countries and responsible for the budget construction and the P&L.
On a day to day basis, I consulted for our biggest clients on their affiliate marketing strategy, on the technical set up of their program and, once their program was launched, I recruited affiliates to promote their offers.
I was also in charge of building partnerships with affiliates, looking after top affiliates' results and helping them to generate more revenue. This means being as well the main point of contact for them, to solve any technical issues or offer specific solutions matching their needs.
I also dealt with sales (signing some new contracts with advertisers), strategy and everything else: finance, affiliate payments, bug reporting, platform enhancement...

Webgains is a leading affiliate marketing network, created in the UK in 2004. It was bought by ad pepper media in 2006 and expanded in France and other European countries in 2006/2007.
I have worked at the roll out of Webgains in France, within ad pepper media France.
As an Account/Affiliate Manager, my main role was to build the French network from scratch by recruiting and supporting affiliates, and to advise merchants on their program set up and development.

I worked as well on the building of new offers, like the subscription model for instance.
