It's not only failures and successes. There is a lot more in between. Each experience carries a special mind-shifting and life-changing lesson.

The lesson I learned is: **mega productivity is a myth**.

There were times I would get into lots of different things at the same time - [taking courses, studying different tools and software, trying to build new habits, and optimizing the existing skills I have] - all along working on big projects.

The productivity I pursued soon became a headache: distractions, loss of focus, missed deadlines, and tasks piled up waiting for the muse.

The "go-remote" forced by the pandemic was the trigger to redefine productivity.
Now home was equally a space for leisure, entertainment, and work; every object, every noise was a distraction, and nothing had my full attention - things needed to change.

The solution that did work among tens of tested techniques? No constant buzz, no hundred tabs open.

Just deep focus, high concentration, optimized notification settings, and careful planning.

Productivity proved to be a myth we're forced to believe in. The real value is created with deep focus only.

Have you ever thought about this - if you could go back to the beginning of your career, would you still choose SEO, or would you go for PPC? 
Sometimes I think about PPC, since it doesn’t come with as many responsibilities as SEO. I don’t want to underestimate PPC, but as SEOs, we’re responsible for everything - content, website development, design, and even Google’s decisions. Of course, I’m not planning to change my career (I’m not crazy enough after all the struggle I’ve seen 😄), but I’m curious to hear your opinion.

You know why all these “new SEO tricks and rules” don’t matter to me?
Because I’ve always focused on the one thing that never changes - content quality.

From the beginning, I’ve collaborated closely with writers to make sure the content speaks to the reader, answers their questions, and actually brings value.

Every year we see “new rules,” and every year they are still about the same thing: your content should be this, your content should be that. Nothing new.
Since I started working in SEO, I’ve known one truth: content is king. It doesn’t matter whether you’re optimizing for search, for AI, or for SERPs - the core principle remains the same.

The “top X steps of SEO in 202X” may change in wording, but the one rule that stays the same every single year is this: content is king.
