Joined an early stage startup right after graduation, I was part of the first few engineers in the organization. I've lucky enough to lead a small team of 6-8 engineers. •Responsible to perform validation works as guided by BNM guidelines on Credit rating systems estimates of the risk component 
and the processess by which internal ratings are obtained and usedby the Bank.
•To provide recommendation to the modelling team and business users where areas are of a concern in complying Basel II, IFRS9 and BNM guidelines.
