As Regional Sales Manager at Dreamstyle Remodeling—I lead a high‐performing team of 15–20 sales professionals responsible for generating $1.5–$2.5 million in monthly revenue. My day‐to‐day focus is on driving revenue growth, optimizing the entire sales process, and fostering a results‐driven, high‐performance culture.

I begin each day by reviewing key metrics and resolving overnight issues, including canceled cases and Costco escalations. Through Salesforce, I ensure all new leads and open opportunities are properly assigned and followed up on, and I work closely with my team to keep our sales board updated and address any gaps in performance. Weekly ride‐alongs and coaching sessions allow me to mentor reps one‐on‐one, sharing negotiation strategies and home‐remodeling expertise that help close deals more effectively.

I also develop and deliver targeted training—covering everything from financing options (Costco, Service Finance, Momnt, Green Sky) to utilizing digital sales tools (Fluix, 1‐Click, PaySimple)—so each rep is prepared to perform at their best. By rigorously tracking close rates, proactively resolving holds, and rehashing past leads, my team has grown from a 12% closing percentage to 18% year over year.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower every sales professional to excel while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Organik SEO is a San Diego based digital marketing agency focused on supporting the growth and success of natural, organic, and purpose-driven brands and organizations.

Organik SEO requested our team of four conduct a market research analysis to identify and evaluate the distinguishing characteristics of its customers to better understand its needs and values for the purposes of segmentation and target marketing.  Over a three month span our team successfully conducted nine in-depth interviews with natural CPG brands to determine how Organik SEO could better serve its current and future customers.

Point Loma Nazarene University has successfully introduced a range of degree completion programs providing affordable and convenient access to a quality Bachelor’s Degree at several San Diego community colleges. The purpose of this project is to help form and grow the development of the Degree Completion Program's at both, Grossmont and Cuyamaca, Community Colleges.

Our team composed of six MBA students utilized an email/web based research design method. This email solicitation contained a link to a Qualtrics-hosted web-based survey and was sent to over 25,000 current students at Grossmont and Cuyumaca. We analyzed the data from over 2,000 respondents using SPSS to better understand the preferences and likeness of each program that PLNU is currently offering for their Degree Completion Program. We determined that a majority of students were interested in obtaining a Bachelor's degree and provided data on the market potential for each program. Finally, our research revealed the mere existence and awareness of programs dramatically increased the amount of student interest in degree programs.

I had extensive experience in working with a cross functional team to ensure that company goals and client needs were met and exceeded. This included designing, engineering, and delivering technological solutions tailored specifically to our clients' needs.

In my role as an Account Manager, I secured over $100,000 in sales within the first 6 months of being promoted. I also built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and customers. This allowed me to effectively coordinate projects with our operations team and manage accounts to ensure the smooth running of our business.

To support these efforts, I utilized a range of tools and software, including the CRM software TigerPaw and the Microsoft Office Suite. These tools allowed me to generate quotes, control pricing, and manage our accounts efficiently and effectively. Overall, my experience in working cross-functionally enabled me to deliver outstanding results for our clients and our company.
