•	Working with the show producer, departments leads and supervisors to create, implement and run the show’s department's schedule.
•	Oversee prod team and ensure that dailies, rounds and meetings are well organized and that appropriate notes and follow-ups are actioned.

•	Perform management activities like budgeting, scheduling, planning and execution of projects with the help of both inhouse and outsource teams.
•	Develop and maintain relationships with key production vendors to create the cost and workflow efficiencies that could benefit own production. 
•	Manage the team with the help of department coordinators and assign the work to avoid them sitting idle.
•	Coordinate the daily activity of directors, production team and artist throughout the production time. 
•	Conduct meeting with both the client and production team to ensure that all the production objectives are achieved and well maintained. 
•	Highlighting all the huddle to senior management along with the solution for the same.
•	Work with Head of Production chairing projects in development and production.
