• Creative Content Production: Designing graphics, editing promotional videos, and taking high-quality photos of food and events to represent the Fiesta brand. 

• Community Management: Actively responding to comments and messages across all social media accounts, ensuring a strong connection with both existing followers and potential new customers.

                        • Achieved an increase of 1.6% in followership within a three-month period. 

                       • Drove an impressive 11,325 accounts reached, showing a 572% increase in organic reach, with 92.4% of views being organic. 

                       • Of these views, 56.3% came from non-followers, indicating strong content appeal and audience expansion without heavy reliance on ads. 

• Content Engagement: 

                         • Top-performing content garnered 3,843 views and saw high engagement, especially through reels, which accounted for 70.9% of the total views. 

                         • Interactions across posts reached 1,608, with 54.4% coming from non-followers, further validating the effectiveness of organic content strategies. 

• Content Strategy: Leveraged trending formats like reels, which generated 87.7% of total engagement, optimizing posts to align with audience behavior and platform algorithms. 

My efforts have contributed to boosting Fiesta Center’s online presence by growing its organic reach, enhancing engagement, increasing enquiries and strengthening its digital community.
