growing team supporting U.S. operations, under the SVP of Mexico.

capabilities effectively.

Recruited to spearhead client engagement and operational leadership for a major automotive supplier
in Detroit, I partnered with the SVP Operations/Client Engagement to launch a team distributed across
Mexico, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and facilities throughout the US. 

Role was later expanded to broader oversight of a regional portfolio of 7 manufacturing accounts, 
recognizing my capability to manage and grow complex operational systems. My efforts in this larger team led to eNPS scores above the company average and facilitated career advancement for my team members.

Director of Operations - Client Engagement and Operations

MAHLE

I managed North American freight procurement leveraging deep logistics and operations expertise. I negotiated and managed contracts for international air and ocean freight, aligning procurement with business needs for this global automotive supplier, following expansion through multiple acquisitions, and integration of diverse operations.

⇨ Led major freight bill audit and payment improvement project.
⇨ Coordinated network bid for 4PL lead logistics provider, maintaining continuity with existing
providers while satisfying diverse stakeholder requirements.

Commodity Buyer - Freight 

England Logistics

I reported to the VP of the division for this third party logistics company, a subsidiary of large refrigerated trucking organization, CR England. This role included directing coding and development of advanced internal systems to enhance logistics operations and freight bill audit & payment and reporting processes. 

I also led transportation procurement across multiple modes, business intelligence, and
supply chain engineering, managing the development of sophisticated transportation models.

⇨ Guided utilization and development of key technologies including MercuryGate transportation
management system, freight bill audit, and payment systems.
⇨ Structured bid process, carrier scorecarding, and metrics for transparency and continuous
improvement in carrier performance.
⇨ Crafted and streamlined sales process and Salesforce workflow, successfully pricing and securing
new business through sales and customer engagement strategies.

Director of Solutions, Supply Chain Management

Schneider Logistics

I directed team of 25+ across multiple sites, reporting to the VP of Operations, with P&amp;L responsibility for a diverse client portfolio across industries (consumer goods, building materials, aerospace, automotive parts, chemicals, heavy equipment, beverages).

This role was the culmination of multiple progressive roles with Schneider Logistics, developing
expertise in process optimization, team leadership, and analytics. Here, I drove operational initiatives,
including developing standard work, problem-solving initiatives, and value stream mapping,
collaborated with cross-functional teams.

⇨ Implemented Lean management principles and practices to reduce waste, enhance service delivery,
and improve client satisfaction.
⇨ Facilitated digital transformation, transitioning clients to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
⇨ Secured additional projects and services with existing clients, including structuring incentive
programs and negotiating price increases to optimize profitability.

Director of Operations (Multi-Industry) 

Directing inbound supply chain and transportation operations for the service parts sector of a US
automobile manufacturer, I was a client partner & advisor on best practices in logistics management,
cost savings, and operational excellence inbound supply chain. Operating within a matrix environment,
I collaborated cross-functionally with analytics and customer service, and oversaw strategic supply
chain decisions.

⇨ Developed process improvement initiative that exceeded client targets for on-time delivery.
⇨ Implemented data analytics system to identify and leverage cost and service opportunities across
supply chain operations.

Field Operations Manager (Automotive) | Client Partner & Advisor | Strategic Supply Chain

Led remarkably successful new customer launch. Negotiated financial baseline and cost savings system that significantly increased revenue while exceeding the customer’s expectations. Long, lucrative relationship with customer that is North American division of fine paper manufacturer.

Dart Container Corporation

Dart was the world's largest manufacturer of foam cups. It is a vertically integrated organization, designing and building its own equipment, sourcing its own raw materials, and delivering product in its own trucks. 

Fast paced customer service team, managed orders, export requirements, and institutional rebates. During company's expansion in Latin America, trained and mentored people who would run new plants.
