Evaluation:  Graded based on weekly contribution to each of the 6 modules content (about 4 cases a week, plus videos and background research to get current news on a given issue or company, etc).  Final project presentation represents 30% of total grade.

Duration:  8-week course - highly recommend this programme.  It is intense, but the learning and the global group dynamic is fantastic

Led refurbishment and transformation of this 90-room property with a team of 90 full-time staff. Full operation and P&L responsibility and accountability to operating company.
- Operations & Process – complete in-room upgrades, pool and surrounding area upgrades. Implemented Comanche booking/accounting system, new main kitchen, spa, pool bar and other outlet upgrades. Implemented documented process in all departments. Developed new financial and operations reporting, as well as new cost control measurement. Guest experience upgrades from pre-arrival through to post-check out follow-up.
- People – Revamped recruitment/retention programmes. Grew team from 30 to 90 staff, including 7 of the 8 members of management team in first 6-months. Added English language and service delivery training programmes, document role responsibilities and measures.
- Service Offering – Renovated/Opened new outlets and business units across the property including new main restaurant, spa, pool Bar, room service, tour desk, mini-bar, airport transfer service, on-property events – poolside dinners, discovery dives to name a few.

- Interim-GM for ShipReady™ pre-paid shipping product division – Successfully led re-engineering of this US$60m business including: pricing, order fulfillment, legal T&C, migration of customer service, development of new IT system platform for web-based payments and e-commerce ordering.


- Led US$80m cost down of the Aviation Network - Delivered targeted savings over 6-months through internal process change and supplier negotiations. Interfaced with the DHL Board of Directors and managed project support teams from McKinsey and Roland Berger consulting

Director - Strategy & Business Transformation 

- Led the “Top-Line-Growth” cross-selling initiative in the UK and France. 
- Generated ₤2.3m of incremental business in 4 months, 27% ahead of plan  
- Eliminated account opening bottleneck - ₤780,000 in annual savings and reduced account opening times
