Pourquoi avoir lancé Collective avec Hexa ? Et si c'était à refaire ? ⬇️

Entreprendre c'est très dur, c'est tout aussi risqué, c'est pas toujours drôle... c'est même parfois horrible ! Ouch...

Et pourtant, si je revenais sur ma rencontre avec Thibaud il y a 4 ans... 
Je repartirais à l'aventure, les yeux fermés et le coeur en joie. 

Pourquoi ? 

1️⃣ Confiance & Conseil

Quand tu te lances, sans l'avoir jamais fait, t'as beau être plein de bonne volonté et d'énergie, tu vas (i) douter dans tous les moments où il faut prendre des décisions, (ii) pour prendre des décisions qui sont souvent mauvaises... 

Quand t'es associé avec Hexa (car c'est le principe du modèle), tu vas globalement décider sereinement et éviter les pièges ! Ca n'a juste pas de prix.

2️⃣ Accompagnement humain & financier

Lancer une startup (à supposer que ce terme existe encore) : ça coûte ultra cher et ça mobilise beaucoup d'énergie de beaucoup de monde. 

Quand tu te lances avec Hexa, t'as une équipe de 20 personnes ultra talentueuses qui travaillent avec toi + des revenus / financements pour investir

3️⃣ Réseau & marque 

Cet aspect-là, je l'avais sous-estimé... mais quand tu entreprends : tu deviens important dans une boîte tout à fait insignifiante. Personne ne t'attend... 

Sauf que quand tu le fais avec Hexa, t'as d'emblée :

✅ une bonne marque employeur (les talents viennent à toi)
✅ une bonne marque investisseur (same pour les VCs, vraiment) 
✅ une bonne marque médiatique (tu fais tes annonces dans Techcrunch)
✅ une bonne marque commerciale (les gens sont curieux de tester ton produit)
... 

Tout ça n'a pas de prix ! 

En conclusion : fier et heureux de l'avoir fait ! Lancez-vous, avec ou sans eux. 
Vous ne regretterez rien.

Chiffre incroyable : en 2025, 44% des candidats recrutés étaient dans l'ATS du recruteur. Je source l'étude tout aussi incroyable de Laurent Brouat. 

Ce chiffre ne fait qu'augmenter (29% en 2021).

Qu'en conclure ? 

Le talent que vous cherchez n'est jamais très loin, si vous avez une data bien structurée couplée à une bonne méthode de recherche. 

Notre solution ? 

On a lancé un nouveau module qui vous permet de chercher dans votre propre ATS, avec une couche IA et une bonne ergonomie de recherche. 

Ca fait déjà de bonnes preuves avec Boond (le 1er ATS qu'on intègre).

J'ai parlé à + de 2,000 recruteurs au cours des 12 derniers mois...
Y a clairement 2 camps, presque irréconciliables. 

🍏 Recruteur "inno" :
- Regarde si ton produit est performant / sans réelle valeur ajoutée 
- Teste les outils et les prends avant ses concurrents
- Voit dans l'IA une opportunité de se différencier
- Donne du feedback (+ et -)

🍎 Recruteur "dino" : 
- Décrète que ton produit est cher / pas cher
- Attend que l'outil ait 90% du marché
- Pense que l'IA va tuer son métier
- Ignore ou critique (---) 

Et comme le prédit un grand sage du recrutement ⬇️ (ex- CEO d'un cabinet de 1er plan)  "seuls les cabs qui iront vers l'ia s'en sortiront". 

Team inno ? Ou team Dino ? 

(PS : bon j'avoue y aussi un peu de gens entre les deux)

13 demos booked. 
Avec un seul post sponsorisé. 
Pour un CRM.

Au départ, c’était juste un post organique, écrit dans ma voix, pensé pour leur audience : founders, sales, growth, marketing.

Pas une pub. 
Un vrai contenu. 
Humain. Utile. Naturel.

Puis on a vu les perfs arriver :
⚡ 78 000 impressions 
⚡ 1 600 clics 
⚡ 13 demos booked 
⚡ CPL : 38,5€ 
👉 (vs ~300€ en ads traditionnels sur le même ICP)

Et là, ils ont fait ce que 99% des boîtes ne font pas :
=> Transformer un post organique qui performe… en machine à demos

1️⃣ Le post organique a été “scalé” avec du Thought Leadership Ads → pour amplifier la portée tout en contrôlant le coût par lead → mais SANS casser l’authenticité

2️⃣ Les bonnes audiences ont été ciblées → founders → sales leaders → équipes growth & marketing

3️⃣ L’équipe sales du CRM en question a récupéré toutes les interactions des ICP → commentaires → likes … et les a contactés au bon moment, sur le bon angle.

C’est ça, le Creator-Led Growth appliqué correctement.

Pas “payer un créateur pour un post”. 
Mais activer un système :

Un créateur → un post authentique → amplification → ciblage intelligent → sales qui convertissent.

Et quand c’est bien exécuté ?
👉 Ça bat 90% des canaux paid. 
👉 Ça coûte 8× moins cher qu’un lead en Ads. 
👉 Et ça génère des conversations ultra qualifiées.

Tu veux savoir qui a orchestré tout ça pour ce CRM ?

Dans le sourcing/recrutement : Intention > Engagement > Data. 
Du moins, il me semble... 

Je m'explique :

👉🏼 Data : "Je suis consultant Oracle, basé à Lyon..."

👉🏼 Engagement : "Je suis inscrit sur ta plateforme ou en veille active sur tes offres, pour trouver mon prochain job/mission"

👉🏼 Intention : "Je suis un utilisateur engagé, et j'exprime mes intentions : je vais être dispo dans x, je candidate à telle annonce pour telle raison..."

Factuellement, un profil engagé vaut peut-être 1,000 ou 10,000 profils inactifs. C'est pour ça que LinkedIn est cher : les gens y passent des heures (moi le 1er).

J'écris ça sans trop savoir pourquoi.
