Peter Warren Automotive

Working directly with the CEO, COOs, Dealer Principals and General Managers, I was responsible for the local area marketing of 42 automotive franchises across South East Queensland, South West Sydney, North Sydney and Regional NSW. This included the planning and execution of the marketing, events and digital strategy from a corporate group level to tailored plans for franchises. I managed diverse brands ranging from Toyota and Honda to Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, McLaren and Mercedes-Benz. I have prepared documentation to support new franchise pitches and implemented Marketing, Digital & Call Centre integration of new dealership acquisitions.

I managed the relationship with Carsales and Carsguide, web developers, media & digital agencies. I have worked on projects presenting various technological solutions to the Executive team that would drive down marketing costs whilst increasing the dollar value per customer. From a franchise level, I provided ongoing marketing consulting services to support franchises with their local area marketing, generate leads and build a profile within the community.

Delivered results:
• Brought the SEO and SEM function in-house with the allocated spend reinvested into other marketing activities.
• Project managed and launched group and franchise websites in 2010 on the Drupal CMS and again in 2015 on the Wordpress CMS.
• Shifted Marketing to digital media, reduced traditional media cost and increased ROI. Implemented a rewards program, introduced live chat and AI technology, introduced products to improve the company’s online footprint & brand reputation.
