If I could tell my 23-Year-Old self one thing…

When I was 23, I was an engineering graduate sitting in a small room with a big confusion.

Everyone around me was applying for stable jobs.
And there I was, googling “How to start a business with no money?”

Middle-class background.
No mentors.
No network.
Just one thing: I liked creating.

So I started posting content.

Year 1: The Messy Start
I remember sitting with my phone, recording the same video 14 times.

If I met my 23-year-old self today, I’d say:
Stop trying to figure out everything.
Just commit to one path long enough to let it reward you.

Step 2: Reflect & sort (20 mins on Fridays)

Step 3: Create in flow (1 Hour on Sunday)

Sunday is my reset day.
I write, record, and outline everything for the week:

- 1 long-form YouTube idea
- 6-7 short-form video ideas
- Notes that later become tweets, posts, or scripts

It’s not about chasing algorithms... It’s about staying consistent without losing sanity.

Since then, content has stopped being “another task.”
It’s become my reflection habit - one that helps me learn faster, communicate better, and build trust at scale.

Consistency isn’t about time.
It’s about a structure that respects your reality.

When I started creating content, I was all in.
I loved the craft - the creativity, the storytelling, the community.
And like every ambitious creator, I heard the same advice over and over again:
"Just follow your passion, and success will follow.”

For a while, it worked.
Passion fueled late nights, endless edits, and the grind that helped me reach millions of followers.

But when I turned that passion into a business - launching my content production company - I learned a hard truth:
“Passion gets you started. Purpose and strategy keep you alive.”

The moment I started focusing on solving clients’ content problems, not just producing what I loved, everything changed.

3. Passion Fades - Purpose Endures
 
There will be tough days.
Campaigns will flop.

In those moments, passion evaporates.
Purpose... the “why” behind your work - is what keeps you steady when the excitement disappears.

So, don’t follow your passion blindly.
