Happy Monday all! I'm kicking off 2026 a little late!

For anyone whose been following along, we just had our second child! 

She was born just before Christmas and with her and a 3 year old running around, we've had our hands full learning to juggle 2 kids! (and snow days)

It’s wild how much fear and imposter syndrome can hold us back. 

How much inertia can set in after just a month of stopping a habit. 

In December, I took some time off LinkedIn and Skool to get our affairs in order before our newborn’s arrival. 

Yesterday I posted on LinkedIn for the first time in a while. 

I didn’t think much of it. I didn’t expect much. 

What I found was a big rollout of the welcome back wagon, a ton of support, friends, congratulations and people saying they’ve missed my posts, videos and presence. 

Imposter syndrome makes it easy to forget the impact we have on others.

But our absence is noticed. 

It’s good to be back!
