Ten years ago, BabbleBoxx started as a marketing test.

No big plan - just a belief that creators could help brands tell better stories, and that people would want to share them.

What I didn’t expect was how much I would learn along the way.

Working with thousands of influencers, and incredible brands and agencies, I started to see a pattern:

There have been pivots, late nights, and moments where it could have gone either way. But one idea always guided us - connection before scale.

As we celebrate 10 years of BabbleBoxx, I’m really grateful. For the people, the trust, and the journey we’ve shared.

I truly look forward to the next chapter - with more creativity, more color, and a few surprises I can’t wait to share.

If you know me, you know I’m an introvert.

I wake up, work, create, cook, repeat. That cycle actually brings me joy, I genuinely love what I do but sometimes that focus keeps me tucked in my own lane a little too much.

A few years ago, I realized I needed to intentionally make space for connection again. I had just been kicked out of my book club (for never reading the books… shocking, I know), and that detour led me to a small local women’s networking group. We don’t meet anymore, but those women are still in my life in the most unexpected, meaningful ways.

One of them is Erin Williams truly one of the most magical humans I know. Creative, generous, insightful, and caring on a level that feels almost mythical.

So this morning, the doorbell rings and I assume it’s a press kit being delivered. Nope. It’s a handmade floral arrangement just for me. For a split second I thought, “It’s not March… why flowers?” Then it hit me, Erin saw it was the 10-year anniversary of BabbleBoxx and wanted to surprise me.

It’s the quiet, unexpected moments of kindness that remind you the world still has truly good people in it.

And we need more of these stories. More Erin energy. More genuine support. More showing up for each other, not for business, but for being human.

Last night marked a milestone: the Golden Globes awarded its first-ever category for Best Podcast, officially pulling podcasting onto one of Hollywood’s biggest stages.

And while many of the nominees came from traditional entertainment backgrounds (the debate around that is a whole separate post), this moment signals something much bigger than a single award.

This is the beginning of the convergence we’ve been talking about for years:

The merging of entertainment, social media, and creator-driven storytelling

->The recognition that influence is now distributed, not assigned
->The understanding that audiences decide who the “stars” are not studios

The fact that the Golden Globes made space for podcasts tells you everything about where the industry is going:

Creators aren’t just participating in culture anymore, they’re shaping it.
I predict this is only the first step.
 
We’ll see:

 ✔ more award categories for digital-first creators
 ✔ more recognition for influencer-led storytelling
 ✔ more crossover between Hollywood talent and creator talent
 ✔ and more social media voices standing next to legacy media on global stages

Podcasting’s arrival at the Golden Globes is not just a win for the nominees.

It’s a win for the entire creator economy.

I’ve been drawing hearts on notebooks since I could hold a pen. I never imagined those little doodles would become part of my professional life, or a symbol for how I try to show up in the world.

Today, I’m excited to share our refreshed patterns and visual identity, bold, bright, and full of happy energy.

Social media celebrates likes, loves, and shares but those values matter just as much offline. Relationships, kindness, creativity, and community are what move us forward as people and as professionals. The world could use more of that energy right now.
