Responsible for the overall leadership for the WA and SA business,  including seat at the table at national level.  Specific responsibilities included: Managing fiduciary business, management of sales team, and profit and loss responsibility.

Achievements
•	Entered the business immediately post GFC. Was a member of the national leadership team that designed and lead the transition of Perpetual Private through  “Fix to Grow,  Path to Growth and Lead and Grow” strategies. These three-year strategies involved clear and audited deliverables and were highly successful as demonstrated in the marketplace.
•	Lead the National Native Title strategy from incubation to leading business unit with in excess of $350m of funds under management with clients across Australia.      
•	Responsible for the management of Perpetuals largest single trust.
•	Lead the team that won the Noongar Boodja Indigenous trust. The largest, most comprehensive agreement for traditional owners in Australia. 
•	Developed a culture of high performance amongst the staff, who have embraced flexibility, diversity and reconciliation as part of the “Way we work” at Perpetual.

Responsible for management of 60 advisers across 25 independently owned business.  This role involved an individual sales target as well as management of the sales team, and had responsibility for profit and loss. It included leadership and management of the team and was responsible for recruitment, training and development. Role also included the Securitor Dealer group. Lead the team charged with growing advisers into the dealer group and the compliance function for the state

Achievements
•	Asgard Funds Under Advice grew to $20 billion over this period and Queensland business accounted for 12% of inflows.  
•	St George bank and Private bank initially had very low profile in Queensland. Join senior leadership team of the bank and worked with that group to enhance the understanding of value of advice through banking relationships.

This role involved an individual sales target as well as management of sales teams targets and had responsibility for profit and loss. It included leadership and management of the broader team and was responsible for recruitment, training and development.

Achievements
•	Part of the team that leads this International company’s first entry into Australia
•	Broke new ground in platform construction and very quickly became a major player in the mass affluent adviser market
•	Moved from Manager WA to State Manager Qld after 3 years.
